Investitures in North America

08.2006 :: Canadian Investiture :: The Grand Prior of Canada, Chevalier Denis Hoban hosted an investiture August 26, 2006 that included many postulants and advancements from the United States as well as royalty from Sweden. Chevalier Dr. Andrew Schoenfeld from Ohio was invested as a Knight Companion, class 5; Dame Tonia Rach (Cincinnati) was advanced to Class 1, the Grand Cross. Several other Americans were in attendance.

12.2006 :: San Diego CA Investiture :: Two new postulants were invested in the Order in December, 2006 in San Diego Chevaliers Dr. Frank Krakowski and Dr. Mark Barcanni-Bartel. They reside in the El Sobrante, CA and are welcome members of the Priory.

05.2007 :: Riverside CA Investiture :: Grand Priory Meeting will be held on May 4th with Investiture on May 5th, 2007 May 5th, 2007 is the date for the Investiture, meeting ofhte Grand Priory and introduction of the Order of St. Stanislas Young Knights and Squire Program to be held in Riverside CA. The host hotel and facility will be the historic Mission Inn, home of royalty and Presidents when they visit the area. Postulants will be invested, young knights and Squires will be presented and invested and promotions announced. The date of the Investiture was selected to celebrate and commemorate the day of Sainthood of St. Stanislas, patron saint of Poland. On May 8, 1253, Pope Innocent IV proclaimed Bishop Stanislas a Saint.

Investiture in Europe - Austria

The Capitol Priory was represented at the Order's investiture in Vienna last October. Dame Lorraine Boothby led the delegation, with William Feighan, Dame Victoria Stack and Hon. Don Ritter. John Barrientos, Carmen Petrowitz, Baron Richard -Vaughn Rowlands, a close friend, hosted the group. Knights John Barrientos and the Hon. Don Ritter were invested.
